Designed to be gifted as necklace symbolizing hope, this necklace remembers babies lost and not held in this life. Made with rose gold filled, gold filled or sterling silver, the neckalces can be worn for years to come.

Choose 1-10 discs for each necklace. You can customize this necklace in so many ways. The pictured necklace was made with two stamped initial discs representing living children and one disc stamped with seven tiny hearts representing babies lost too early through miscarriage. You can choose to have initials or any of our custom stamps stamped on the discs, a tiny star or tiny heart (for each lost child) stamped on a disc, or multiple tiny hearts on tiny stars stamped on one disc to represent each miscarriage. The 9mm discs can hold up to 9 tiny hearts or discs total. At checkout choose the total number of discs you want and then let us know what you want stamped on each 9mm disc.

The 9mm discs can be stamped with:

(1) One initial each disc

(2) Up to 9 tiny hearts or tiny stars on each disc

(3) Any of our custom stamps pictured (and listed below) on each disc.

The Details

Gold filled and rose gold filled jewelry contains 100% more real gold than gold plated jewelry. Gold filled jewelry is made with a thick layer of real solid 14k gold. Gold filled jewelry has the advantage of being tarnish resistant and durable. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors, and can easily be worn by people with sensitive skin.

Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and considered a precious metal. The remaining 7.5% of the alloy is usually copper, adding strength while preserving the appearance of the pure silver. Sterling silver is also okay for most sensitive skin.

Both sterling silver and gold filled jewelry will tarnish less if stored appropriately – in something airtight – and kept clean and dry. I have found that the more I wear my sterling silver jewelry, the less it tarnishes.

All sterling silver and gold filled jewelry will come with a polishing cloth and all sterling silver jewelry will come with an anti tarnish paper to help with the care of your jewelry purchased through GiGisPetals. Jewelry that tarnishes can easily be repolished and look as good as new!
