Return Policy

We accept returns on unworn, non-custom pieces with a 20% restocking fee if postmarked with USPS Priority shipping within five days of receipt of item. Please contact us within three days of receiving the item and email us first to confirm the piece can be returned, but please note that most of our pieces are custom items, including all hand stamped items and lockets with inserted pictures or hand stamped discs, hearts, etc., that can not be returned.

If a piece arrives defective or incorrect please contact us within three days of receiving the item to begin the return or exchange process.

 

Damaged and Defective items

If a piece arrives defective or incorrect please contact us to begin the return or exchange process. Please contact us within three days of receiving the item and email first to confirm the piece can be returned. Once we have confirmed the return or exchange please ship USPS Priority within five days of receipt of item.

What if my chain breaks?

If your chain breaks in the first 30 days of receipt of your piece, we will ship you a new chain. After 30 days, you can purchase a new replacement chain.

Locket Warranty

The closing mechanism of lockets is covered for 30 days and can be exchanged for defects. Please note that lockets that are opened and closed regularly have a greater chance of breaking. If the locket lid doesn’t latch properly, please check to make sure the lid is aligned first and then shut the lid carefully to ensure the latching mechanism doesn’t break. Lockets can not be returned if they have broken from excessive opening and shutting.
