You can choose to have us insert one or two photos into this locket, or you can do it yourself at home in order to keep someone close to your heart.

At about an inch across and on a dainty chain, it’s our most versatile sized locket – it can be worn shorter, longer, in between and on just about any age. It’s the perfect locket for so many people and so many occasions. It but can be ordered in just about any length at checkout.

At checkout you can choose an antique silver, rose gold, or gold locket on our satellite chain in rose gold filled, sterling silver, or gold filled.

Please note that the inside of each silver plated locket may be a little different. The back of the locket may have small imperfections, adding to the natural beauty and vintage nature of this locket.

The Details

Gold filled and rose gold filled jewelry contains 100% more real gold than gold plated jewelry. Gold filled jewelry is made with a thick layer of real solid 14k gold. Gold filled jewelry has the advantage of being tarnish resistant and durable. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors, and can easily be worn by people with sensitive skin.

Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and considered a precious metal. The remaining 7.5% of the alloy is usually copper, adding strength while preserving the appearance of the pure silver. Sterling silver is also okay for most sensitive skin.

Both sterling silver and gold filled jewelry will tarnish less if stored appropriately – in something airtight – and kept clean and dry. I have found that the more I wear my sterling silver jewelry, the less it tarnishes.

All sterling silver and gold filled jewelry will come with a polishing cloth and all sterling silver jewelry will come with an anti tarnish paper to help with the care of your jewelry purchased through GiGisPetals. Jewelry that tarnishes can easily be repolished and look as good as new!

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for made-to-order items for completion, although we try to ship faster than that. Wedding orders and orders placed around holidays may take up to 15 business days to ship. Shipping is extra. All items come from a smoke-free and pet-free studio.

This locket is beautiful! Katie did a fantastic job of cropping, laminating, and mounting the 2 pics we chose. The pics were clear and not blurry. She was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I cannot recommend her enough and would definitely order from her again! My Mom loves the locket and wears it all the time. We chose the gold with 22” chain. That seemed to be the perfect length so my Mom could look at the pics of her and my Dad in the locket.

This locket is so beautiful and well-crafted! My sister passed away 2 weeks ago, and I wanted something to wear to remember her by -- I asked Katie to include a picture of her and a picture of her and her children.
