This is the daintier version of our beautiful floral locket. The chains and gold hearts or circles are made with rose gold filled, gold filled or sterling silver. At just over 0.75 inches across, this locket is substantial enough to be noticed, but not too big. It’s the perfect go to for your favorite jeans and tshirt or a stunning accent to your bridesmaids’ dresses. The locket is simple and versatile.
*The inside of the SILVER lockes have inserts for adding pictures on your own or we can add a photo or two for you with the purchase of photos. The gold and rose gold lockets do not come with photo rim covers (please see photos). If you choose to have us insert photos we will laminate and glue the photos into the gold and rose gold lockets.
At checkout you can choose the initial or heart you want stamped on the tag. You can also choose to have the tag just hammered without an initial or heart on it.
Photos can be added to this locket. We will size, print and insert up to two photos you purchase for this locket.

If you purchase the addition of one or two photos you need to choose one or two photos in the drop down and then upload photos. If you choose one photo, we will add one photo. If you choose two photos, we will add two photos. You can add up to three photos, in case you are concerned that one of the photos will not work. Please leave a note letting us know which photo(s) you prefer to have used first, as well as any other specific instructions.
- Please be sure to close lockets carefully and try not to force them shut in order to maintain the locking closure remains functioning properly.
- Please do not expose lockets to water.
- The chains, hearts and discs are all gold filled or sterling silver. These lockets are silver and gold plated here in the U.S. with a thick plating.
- Photo lockets and lockets with stamped tags are nonrefundable.
The Details
Gold filled and rose gold filled jewelry contains 100% more real gold than gold plated jewelry. Gold filled jewelry is made with a thick layer of real solid 14k gold. Gold filled jewelry has the advantage of being tarnish resistant and durable. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors, and can easily be worn by people with sensitive skin.
Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and considered a precious metal. The remaining 7.5% of the alloy is usually copper, adding strength while preserving the appearance of the pure silver. Sterling silver is also okay for most sensitive skin.
Both sterling silver and gold filled jewelry will tarnish less if stored appropriately – in something airtight – and kept clean and dry. I have found that the more I wear my sterling silver jewelry, the less it tarnishes.
All sterling silver and gold filled jewelry will come with a polishing cloth and all sterling silver jewelry will come with an anti tarnish paper to help with the care of your jewelry purchased through GiGisPetals. Jewelry that tarnishes can easily be repolished and look as good as new!
