This is the daintier version of our beautiful floral antique silver locket, gold locket or rose gold locket on sterling silver, rose gold filled or gold filled chains with rose gold filled, gold filled or sterling silver hearts or circles stamped with your choice or letter or heart stamped on them.

*The inside of the SILVER lockes have inserts for adding pictures on your own or we can add a photo or two for you with the purchase of photos in the drop down menu at checkout. The gold and rose gold lockets do not come with photo rim covers (please see photos). If you choose to have us insert photos we will laminate and glue the photos into the gold and rose gold lockets.

At just over 0.75 inches across, this locket is substantial enough to be noticed, but not too big. It’s the perfect go to for your favorite jeans and tshirt or a stunning accent to your bridesmaids’ dresses. The locket is simple and versatile.

The Details

Gold filled and rose gold filled jewelry contains 100% more real gold than gold plated jewelry. Gold filled jewelry is made with a thick layer of real solid 14k gold. Gold filled jewelry has the advantage of being tarnish resistant and durable. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors, and can easily be worn by people with sensitive skin.

Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and considered a precious metal. The remaining 7.5% of the alloy is usually copper, adding strength while preserving the appearance of the pure silver. Sterling silver is also okay for most sensitive skin.

Both sterling silver and gold filled jewelry will tarnish less if stored appropriately – in something airtight – and kept clean and dry. I have found that the more I wear my sterling silver jewelry, the less it tarnishes.

All sterling silver and gold filled jewelry will come with a polishing cloth and all sterling silver jewelry will come with an anti tarnish paper to help with the care of your jewelry purchased through GiGisPetals. Jewelry that tarnishes can easily be repolished and look as good as new!

    I bought this locket as a gift for my mom. When the locket arrived it had some hardware that was supposed to be removed and when I closed it, it broke. I reached out to the seller and she not only replaced the item but explained why it had happened, and went above and beyond to make sure my mom received her locket in time for Mother’s Day. She printed and added the photos for me then mailed it directly to my mom with a handwritten note, since it would have been late getting to my mom otherwise!     My issue with some lockets is how thick they can be. This one is dainty and just so precious! I'm in love. The shop owner was very responsive and helpful. I was in the market for a locket but was worried about how to get pictures to fit the locket. Luckily, the shop offered that service and took my concerns away. The images turned out perfect. I will cherish this forever.

    Beautiful locket, my wife loved it. Would have preferred a shorter chain of maybe 16 inches, the 18 inches is quite long, which is absolutley fine if that's your style, but i think the wife would have preferred a shorter chain. Arrived quickly considering it came from America and we're England. My only niggle and the thing that caused the 4 stars as opposed to 5 - I opted for a personalised note, as it was a 30th birthday present. Considering the overall cost plus the additional cost of gift wrap, I would have expected the note to be at least hand written on card. However, it was printed on a flimsy bit of cut down a4 printing paper, so that was actually quite disappointing, and let it down a fair bit.
